General conditions

The following general conditions govern the relationship between you, in your capacity as a user, and the company ROUDE LÉIWEN FUSSBALLSCHOUL a.s.b.l, in its capacity as a FOOTBALL SCHOOL.

By using our products, you agree that the following general conditions are an integral part of our contractual relationship. You agree to comply with the following provisions and the legal provisions concerning our products and the possible services and products of third parties that we provide to you.

We also ask you to read our privacy statement, which provides information on how we handle personal data that you make available to us. If you do not accept the following conditions, please do not use our offers.

Use of products

All products are exclusively intended for personal and non-commercial use. You are authorized to download and display our digital offers on a computer screen or mobile terminal, print pages (but not photocopy them) and save them in electronic format on your computer or mobile terminal for your personal and non-commercial use. You are also only authorized to use our digital offers on devices intended for this purpose, for your personal and non-commercial use. are offensive or threatening or in any other way constitute a personal attack on our employees

have no connection with the products to which the interactive function in question relates

contain any form of advertising for products or services (including spam)

contain recommendations for purchase or boycott

repeat, within the framework of interactive functions, previous contributions

mislead other users about the identity of the author, the author or the sender of a message or create the impression, contrary to reality or misleading, of a link with a person, an organization or a company (in particular with us and our employees)

contain viruses or harmful files, software or devices capable of restricting, interrupting or destroying the functionality of our digital offers

collect and store personal data; and/or

block or restrict the access of other users to our digital offers.

You are solely responsible for the legal consequences of your contributions. If a third party asserts claims against us in connection with your contributions, you undertake to assume these, if necessary to indemnify us (including lawyers' fees and court costs). We also reserve all rights against you in case of breaches of contract.

By using an interactive function, you grant us the unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, free and non-exclusive right to record, reproduce, modify, translate, make available and transmit all or part of your contributions in any form (including future forms). You also authorize us to transfer these same rights to third parties.

The contributions of our users are not considered our products, but only declarations of our users. We exclude any liability in relation to the contributions of our users. We cannot control the legality or compliance with these general conditions of all contributions. Mobile reporter & community contributions

The publication of photos, videos, audio documents and information about the print edition of ROUDE LÉIWEN FUSSBALLSCHOUL a.s.b.l, the websites and applications of https://www.roudeleiwen.lu/ is free of charge, there is no financial compensation.

By sending mobile reporter/community content, the sender transfers to ROUDE LÉIWEN FUSSBALLSCHOOL a.s.b.l all rights to the photos, videos and audio documents. ROUDE LÉIWEN FUSSBALLSCHOOL a.s.b.l reserves the right to reuse these contents as often as desired and to pass them on free of charge to other titles or to third parties. In addition, the sender is free to use his material as he or she wishes and/or to transfer it to third parties.

By sending mobile reporter/community content, you declare that you own the rights to the image, the video or the audio document and that you have ensured that all persons depicted have given their consent for publication.

You undertake to respect the privacy of others and not to interfere in the work of the police or emergency services. It is important that readers who have witnessed an accident help and alert the emergency services before taking photos and videos. We do not publish images of corpses or in connection with victims of suicide.

Data protection

The protection of your data is guaranteed by the strict application of the applicable Luxembourg data protection laws.

Liability

Despite the efforts we make to ensure the quality and availability of our digital offers, we cannot exclude temporary restrictions and failures (service interruptions, repairs, maintenance work, etc.). You access the products and use the software we make available to you at your own risk. Therefore, any warranty regarding our products and the software we make available is expressly excluded.

We also assume no liability for services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness or availability of links to content and offers of third parties. We are also not liable for damages caused by viruses or other harmful computer programs, such as malware or spyware.

Our liability (including for our affiliated companies, employees, representatives and vicarious agents) is in any case limited to intentional or grossly negligent breaches of contractual and non-contractual obligations for which we are responsible. Subject to applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount invoiced to you for the corresponding paid products. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.

Other provisions

We reserve the right to change the provisions of the present general conditions at any time and at our discretion. Such changes are immediately published on our digital offers. It is your responsibility to check the provisions of the general conditions and the data protection declaration in force.

Applicable law and competent court

These general conditions and all related legal transactions are exclusively subject to Luxembourg law.

Subject to mandatory legal provisions, all disputes arising from these general conditions and the data protection declaration fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Luxembourg.
